Non-profit corporation for the benefit of youth dance training and education and assistance
for dancers who have fallen on hard times.
The Dance America Foundation,
Inc, was formed in September of 2009 with a two-fold purpose of developing dance education scholarships for our youth and
providing financial assistance for dancers who have fallen on hard times.
The foundation will raise funds through
various means, including contributions from corporate sponsors, small businesses and dancers like you and me. The Foundation
will also host Fundraiser events to help subsidize the scholarship and assistance programs. The First Annual Event is in the
planning stages and will be announced soon.
Our Board of Directors will guide the Foundation in the coming years.
We are fortunate to have several friends volunteer their valuable knowledge and experience to help us reach our goals.

All contributions will be tax exempt as we
are filing for Tax Exempt status with the IRS. This process takes 3-6 months, however, all contributions will retroactively
