Tables must be paid in full by August 1st. Completed registration forms must be sent to our headquarters for each and every person seated at the table.
 
After August 1st tables will still be available for $1200.00 until October 1st. Full payment and completed registration forms are due by October 1st. See table menu page to select your table.
